How do I contact you?

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Credit Card, or by using Paypal, or by cheque. Cheques should be made out to EmergenC and sent to Wealden House, Lewes Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 3TB.

Why is Emergen-C so much more expensive in the UK than in the US?
You can thank the British Government for this problem. British import duty charges a high tax on health products brought into the UK, leaving us with no choice but to charge you a higher price.

How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

Shipping on small packages is by Royal Mail first class, and takes 1 to 3 days. Larger orders may be shipped by an alternate means. Sometimes stock issues may result in a delay. If your order is due but has not arrived, please email us or use the contact form.

On most orders shipping is charged at £2, plus roughly £1 per box ordered, depending on weight. Please contact us for a shipping quote on large orders.

I put in an order ages ago! Why hasn't it arrived?

In this case please email us. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, so that you don't have to sign for them and to save shipping costs. However this does mean the odd package disappears into the oblivion. Just let us know, and we will sort it out.

Generally no, at the moment we can't offer a pick up service.

What are the benefits of Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is required for over 300 chemical changes which have to happen in the body, which includes tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function and healthy gums. It strengthens the immune system which helps fight flu and infections and maybe the common cold. It is used in the connective tissue in the body making it necessary for the healing of wounds and cuts and bruises. It also helps to prevent the harmful effects of pollution, to prevent cancer, and protects against infection along with increasing immunity. It can combine with toxic substances such as certain heavy metals and make them harmless so that they can be excreted from the body.

Why do I need to take supplementary Vitamin C?

As far as doctors know at the moment, Vitamin C is one of the only vitamins the body cannot make for itself naturally. It has to be taken in externally from food, or as a supplement.

How much EmergenC should I take a day?

1 pack a day is enough for most people. However if you feel like you need more, then take more. We do not recommend taking more than 2 packs at any one time. We suggest that if you feel you need more, for example if you have a cold, then take 1 pack per hour. If you start to have any adverse effects then stop taking EmergenC straight away and contact your doctor.

What are the age recommendations for EmergenC?

Kids multivitamins are for kids aged 8 and over. For children under 8, please consult your doctor before use. EmergenC is recommended for anybody over 14 years old.
