Free Sample Terms and Conditions

A single sachet of EmergenC may be provided by EmergenC UK to any individual who requests on subject to the following conditions:

You must be logged in to use the form.

You must provide a valid name, address and email address in order to receive a free sample. Where we believe valid details have not been provided, a sample will not be sent.

Only one sample will be provided to any one household.

Any one person may only request one sample ever.

Where EmergenC UK believes the conditions herein have not been met, a sample will not be sent.

While every effort is made to ensure you receive the flavour you requested, being sent a flavour you did not want does not entitle you to another free sample.

By submitting your address or email address to us, you agree to receive promotional materials from us either by post or by email. This is subject to standard British law. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list or which to be removed let us know by email.

EmergenC UK withholds the right to not send a sample with or without good reason.
