International Shipping
We ship to the UK and most of Europe. If you are having problems finding your country at the checkout process, please Contact Us and we will arrange the transaction.

Speed and method of shipping
We ship via Royal mail for most UK orders. Your order will be sent out 1st class. Most orders are sent out in 1-3 working days. We cannot guarantee the speed of delivery.

Large orders, or some international orders will be sent via a recorded courier, normally DHL.

If you need your order quickly and would like a guaranteed speed of delivery, please get in touch with us at sales(at)emergenc.co.uk, and we will assist you.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping is charged at a £1 base rate, plus £5/kilo. This covers postage, and packaging. A box of EmergenC weighs about 250g, so for example an average order of 2 boxes would be charged at £3.50. For large orders please get in touch for a shipping quote.
